The best way to prevent job site injuries starts with education. All of our management, supervisors, and superintendents have been OSHA 30-hour trained, and all employees complete a safety training program. We also offer continuing education programs, conduct weekly toolbox meetings and utilize daily pre-task planning sessions on our projects. All of Century’s projects utilize site specific safety procedures which incorporate both Century’s and the customer’s policies. Employees are given specific site safety information through organized orientations prior to beginning any work.
